Can I ask I use the FM labs one is URS the same or different 

 

they are pretty different, go try it, if you don’t like it you can switch back. New save is not needed so it’s pretty easy to test it without losing anything.

There is no exact simatch.fmf file when I download. There is a bunch of folders like tactics and events. What are the exact instructions? Where do these files go?

the folder is called simatch not the files. after you extract it. There is a folder called simatch and inside are the files you saying. You will replace the file simatch.fmf with my folder simatch. Changing the file with the folder. Pay attention there is one for macos and one for windows. use the right one.
