I am trying to add a new manager into my game so my flatmate can play. I can pick the managers name and everything but when it comes to the team, they are all greyed out. Any ideas how to get around this?

I had the faces megapack installed but it caused my game to lag quite considerably so i have now removed it but it has also taken away the original faces that were on there and also the blank grey ones. Any ideas how to get them back?
