Also, @JúNioR_SpAwN.d, as outlined in the guidelines to cutters thread, space above and beyond the face should be minimized. There should only be 2-3 pixels between the top of the head/hair and the top of the canvas, and the same distance between the bottom of the chin/beard and the bottom of the canvas.

At the same time, care should be taken to avoid the chicken-neck effect and so all cuts should include a little bit of collar. The ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin and since in some sources, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. This video & this post display a simple technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar.

The intention is to make sure that the face takes up as much of the screen real estate as possible. In this pack, for example, some of the cuts contain a fair bit of "unnecessary" neck and shoulders which the sources are big enough to avoid having to do. Thing is, I could crop and upsize the completed cuts, but some of the quality of the cut would be lost as that's something which should be done during the cutting phase.

Your cuts are otherwise of a very good quality, and I feel churlish having to point this out tbh - but it's something relatively easy to do in future cuts, and will result in even better cuts

If I may suggest one small thing: a lot of the sources are a bit dark. Brightening them a bit will make them clearer to view in-game, and also save me the time of having to do it myself

One small thing I can suggest to improve your cuts even further is to rotate them a bit before cropping so that they are perfectly vertical. For example, the preview images in this pack are all slightly slanted to the right. Rotating the image by 2-5 degrees (as applicable) clockwise before cropping in these cases will see them look upright
