Pretty sure FMRTE can't do that level of editing. The in-game editor from SI might work.

Check the loyalty of your players (using any editor (fmrte etc)). The lower it is, the more likely they will want to leave.

Go to the downloads sections on the main menu. There should be a steam workshop section with your subscribed tactics. Download them from there.
