if you do not want to see the slide with numbers in team settings and player settings, which file should I delete?

I have the same problem as BigRed_M. I followed the instructions but I can not select your backgrounds. As background I have left than it would with the FM13 Dark. I can not even change the opacity. Could you help me?

edit: I tried the Universal and backgrounds make them choose me
