For a long time, I have seen several official sites of several clubs, and many of them say on the site "assistant manager" because it is part of the technical team of the coach, but that does not mean anything .. because if you fore to facebook officias and see some training ve that in the real each one of them has a specific function .. and I think that we must follow this logic .. if he has been coach of goalkeeper the more certain thing is to be aora also. They call a lot of "assist manager" both to the gk coach, fitness coach and coach's .. but they all have a certain role to play. I think I'm explaining it or not? or do you think there are 5 (example) assistant managers in a team doing the same role?

Usually they call the coaches, gk and fitness coach assistants managers but in real they all have a role, and the role of coach is goalkeeper, if you go to the game you see this .. you are not going now by 5 assistant managers and their roles are coah, gk coach and fitness coach .. follow the logic do not? @Mateee José Mota was announced as Head of Youth Development but does coach while there is nobody for his place but he is actually head of Youth Development of the club.

As soon as there is a coach, he will move to Head of Youth Development.
