Please!? Can anyone help me?? All settings are right, however it doesn´t work..... I think this would have been pretty cool!

Hello!
I think it looks very cool, however I can´t get it into my FM.
I´ve followed the instruction, everything is like you say, but I don´t know. Could anyone help me please?
Do you eventually have to start a new save? I don´t know.
I would appreciate some help a lot!!
