The latest version is 16.1.1, but when I click "start a new game", it shows 16.0.1

Is it still 16.1.1 when I play?

Did it change the name of National team?

There are 4 files: Files, Texts, Donations, Instructions.
I found just Files contain DBS file,should I put all these files in Editor Data?

I buy several players in a new season, after that, I found the transfer budget to be negative figure. e.g. (£152)
Is it normal?
