My adboards are still black despite this update fix. This is really, really frustrating as i have done everything the way it should be.

Since the latest 1.1v has been uploaded the static adboards on the upper tiers of the stadiums are working, but the dynamic video adboards around the pitch are still black and i have followed all the instructions on page 1 exactly by the book.
I have seen on this post that it may be due to a bug on the game, but was wondering how you guy s are managing to get them uploaded?
