Is there any tried and tested way of getting yours / our photos into the game as your photo?

Guys,

I've just started a Newcastle save, on FM Touch.
England (League 2 and above)
Italy (Serie B and above)
Spain (Division 1 and La Liga)

I'm playing a 4-1-2-3 Wide

I've had to sell Anita, as Everton matched my unrealistic valuation of £16m, so I'm a little short in midfield now.
This has resulted in me playing Jack Colback at CDM. He's doing an ok job, but just not going to be good enough.

I'm wondering if any of you know a player, that I could bring in (bearing in mind, I'm in the Championship).

I've signed James Wilson on loan and that's it. I have around £15m to spend.

Let me know if you have some suggestions.
