Can he? I knew he could play on the right but didn't think he'd be quite effective, I may have to trial him there and see how he performs. Worse case scenario is Clint Dempsey will be pushed out wide.

I only used him as a right midfielder, not an attacking right winger. He played about five or six matches due to injury problems and yeah he did well.

Disappointing injury with Aaron Lennon. Kyle Naughton can be quite effective on the right wing (in an emergency).

I think, if we are going to buy more players we should focus on a CB. With Luiz showing just how much better he is as a DM, we only really have 3 CBs, one known for getting injured. That leaves us with 2 CBs. We are also known for getting red cards at the wrong times. So, a good, young CB wouldn't be bad.

Nathaniel Chalobah (on loan at Watford) is a good young centre-half and a great prospect. I'd like to see him in the first team squad for next season.

Really well written career and fantastic updates.

How have you been finding the fixture congestion with having to compete in the Europa League??

I just finished my first season with Tottenham and the fixtures became a joke in some months, even with a squad of 25/26 players.
