That's us out then, an even game but we couldn't finish. I've also noticed with Maguire out we struggle on the left, Vlak just doesn't wanna be here but he is our only option. Prolly look to sell him in January and find someone else on the left what you think?

Played much better than the Arsenal game but let them score off a corner which we should have really defended.

I slammed the team for this, after the 2nd went to a counter, after the 3rd went to contain. Just had no answers, we had 2 shots all game and none of them were on target.

Next up we have first place Hull, hopefully we improve.

Why does this shit always happen when I get the save?? Barkley also went off injured but he shouldn't miss the next game. I may rest him though.

Brighter news though:
http://i40.tinypic.com/2s61xth.jpg

I loved out first goal, Newcastle keeper comes out of the box to clear, kicks it straight to Barkley who was just about the half way mark and proceeds to lob it in the right corner.

Isn't it better to watch them in the order they were released?

That only applies to Star Wars lol

Fucking hell we throw it away with a result like this. Went overload for the last 25 minutes but as the game loves to do it's when nothing happens.

Quality signings there. How are you guys doing for producing your own talent? For all I'm a few seasons behind, I'm about to start the Championship with Eastleigh and my youth production is still shocking, currently have 0 players developed by the club and it doesn't look like improving despite constant requests for facility upgrades

Not much in terms of youth, we have the players since the blue square prem but that is about it.

Fucking assholes, they injured MacGuire, the second goal was offside and well I can't really say much about the penalty. Just one of those games that everything goes against you.

Finally watched the last five episodes of Lost three years after watching the 12th episode of season 6. I cried twice when Sun and Jin remembered and when Charlie and Claire remembered. The actual ending answer thing was convoluted and barely satisfying but I'm glad I finished it. Was worth it in the end, season six was pretty good.

About seven episodes into Spartacus at the moment and I'm loving it. It's a bit trashy, but it's very entertaining and engrossing.

Should have started Spartacus from Gods of the Arena as that is the prequel to Blood and Sand.

Clean sweep. Barakos is really impressing me, thought he would be a rotation player at best but he's owning that midfield. Fusco is showing why at 20 he already has 3 full seasons under his belt at a top club and is repaying the huge transfer fee paid.

Just read through all of this, love it.

On my own career game at the moment, finally enjoying it!

Good luck with City. Show Liverpool how it's done.

Cheers mate, I just forgot what it's like to win things so I won't stay at City long. Truth be told I really wanted that Monaco job make them a force once again but ah well.

Cymro it's been a long weekend here so the last two days I haven't had much play cause I've been out drinking lol will get onto it soonish though, after my hangover feed.

I just have to post this win.
http://i42.tinypic.com/6jh98z.jpg

Of that squad, 4 are in the reserves (3 of the 4 started), 4 are in the under 18's ( they all started) and 10 in the first team. Of the 4 that started are yet to make a first team appearance. Swansea are a good premier league club so I was just so happy to nab this win.

I'm starting to find it difficult with injuries and suspensions creeping in. I can't believe how small the previous manager left the squad. I've done what I can to bring in loans but I don't have enough home grown players so it's fruitless trying to bring in more players as I can't register them.

Gonna be tough to get through, think I may need to use the under 18 squads for cup games.

Amazing, I've only ever had one save where I have played for as long as this and that was FM06. I had a save with Valencia the whole way through, got over 1b in the bank with them and was the first time I had ever seen a stadium named after a manager.

Anyways things are going pretty rosey with Man City, have had some huge wins including an 8-2 over Aston Villa, however we are leaking far too many goals.

On the international front I would say we are doing okay.

http://i42.tinypic.com/2nqf682.jpg

A huge win over Iran, they were heavy favorites. The draw with Kazakhstan was very disappointing but we were never really in the game. The game against the Czechs was very good though and am happy with that. We currently sit 3rd behind Italy and Scotland who have won both their games, Scotland doing away with the Czechs easily.

Comp crashed just before my Everton fixture but after the Champs league draw.

My transfers have all been the same and I haven't missed and fixtures but the group draw is different.

http://i43.tinypic.com/bemop.jpg

Prolly a tougher overall group but without a team like PSG in there I am still confident of winning the group.

I'm also looking at bringing in two or three loanees as cover as I've run out of money lol.

Onto the key players now.

http://i43.tinypic.com/33bgxmt.jpg
He was the midfielder I was after when I was at Montpellier. I had been tracking him for months before Auxerre were relegated but I couldn't match the £33.5m that Man City paid for him.

http://i40.tinypic.com/m0mcg.jpg
Yet another one I had my eye on at Montpellier. Man City ended up paying £18.5m for him, I just can't match that. Glad I have him now though. Can bomb forward on the right or break up plays in the middle. Will be crucial wherever I decide to play him.

http://i42.tinypic.com/9rro9k.jpg
Very strong center back and has an equally strong partner.
http://i44.tinypic.com/33p831k.jpg

http://i39.tinypic.com/59zrdl.jpg
Will outpace most and whip in a mean cross.

The good thing about Man City is having the money to spend. The bad thing is players will always ask for so much more in wages then they should be on. I don't really care though I'm here to win some trophies and move back on to another project similar to Montpellier.

http://i41.tinypic.com/sebyoj.jpg

My final signing of the window. Cost me £34m but at only 20 has already played 3 full seasons with Milan first team. Kid is something special.

He will replace Bartczak who is 33 and unhappy. He also happens to be another one of my Liverpool signings that Man City snapped up and boy did he score some goals. Shame he wants to leave but I need space in my 25 man squad and he is just too old.

At only 26 he was already a Bayern legend and I paid through the roof for him. I did make a promise to the board to sign high profile players though and needed a striker.

Purely a backup, needed another goalie. 1st choice goalie is 34 and I won't be renewing his contract. Ironically the first choice goalie is one I signed from Atalanta at my last stint at Liverpool and he didn't get many games or much of a chance with me there lol.

Will take some time this season to make sure I get the right guy as my new number one.

First signing, Hong Kong I'm gonna call him

Marseille wanted £61m for him, I withdrew, he got unhappy, transfer request snagged for £19m. WHAT A BARGAIN
