Just got back from training, 40 degree heat all the way through, it's 9PM now and still late 30's. I could feel my breakfast from three days ago coming up it was that bad running in that heat lol.

Exactly, keep Robinson on the bench and give him carling cup and games where you are winning easily. He became England's first choice left back on my game.

They go ahead and pick Haddin though, over Wade, Paine and even Ludeman who has been killing it in the BBL. I don't understand how they can say the reason for dropping Huss is because they want to look to the future but overlook two possibly three keepers who are much younger then Haddin.

He got dropped from the 5 one dayers against Sri Lanka starting Friday. In Aus. Nothing to do with overseas. Cricket Australia is just fucked.

Yeah fucking disgusting, wouldn't put it past the sponsors having something to do with it though. Go to tea get more advertising in.

Also a disgrace how Hussey has been dropped from the ODI's with CA "looking to the 2015 World Cup" yet they pick Brad Haddin.

Seriously wtf?!?!?! Someone in CA must be a bit pissed off about his sudden retirement.

Sri Lanka are playing a series this year albeit the last of a three test series against us

Sri Lanka's problems also stem from the fact that the sports minister picks his selectors, the selectors then pick a team which goes back to the sports minister for approval. I mean 3 or 4 of the batsmen Sri Lanka have taken over here average around 20 which is not good enough. I'm sure there are probably a lot of players that get overlooked by the minister that could do a job.

New Zealand were always going to struggle, Ross Taylor getting sacked as captain then not going on the tour at all would send any team into disarray. Don't forget we got rolled for 47 over there little more then a year ago so it's not exactly the end of the world for them yet.

Black Caviar's Diamond Jubilee Stakes win is up there for me.
The Bulldogs being minor premiers and going to the grand final. (Although the loss there was a big downer)
Any time Mark Webber basically said fuck Seb Vettel I wanna win a race cause I'm just as good lol.
Dunaden winning the Caulfield Cup.
Personally being on hand to see Michael Clarke and Ricky Ponting hit 200's against India in Adelaide.

Well disappointing the game is over already. Sri Lanka didn't look like competing 4/13 at one point in their second dig. Also Sangakara retired hurt along with Pasana Jawawardene being injured and the other fast bowler with a torn hammy. Definitely not their test match, hopefully things pick up for them in Sydney would like to see a competitive test match here.

Bit of both, some horrible shots played by the Sri Lankans but at times some really good bowling especially from Bird.

Let's just go start shooting people and say we thought it was a zombie apocalypse. Then when it comes time to face court we can just blame the Mayans...

Obviously there are two arcs: both the journey to find a way home and the journey to end a tyrannical regime. The second is easier to complete than the first. I'm trying to think of a plausible way for it to be completed without resorting to "he's in a coma".

Don't make it a coma, make it something like he's acting this out in the real world across the country side leaving heaps of innocent dead in his wake though in his mind he sees it as this epic journey to save people. Basically he is a nut case killing hundreds of people, no one will ever see that coming haha. Yes I'm sadistic so what

I used to think he was very dull to watch but he has grown on me. He is always so calm at the crease, he never panics he never even looks tired. 35 degree heat and he's as cool as anything. Love watching him bat now.

Yeah look what happened when Australia batted though lol. I walked onto the field for my game yesterday and we were talking about how many runs Ponting would get. I threw a "4" out there and got slagged for being un australian haha. If only I put some money on it.

It's weird, my taste in those films varies. I genuinely believe Out for Justice is terrific because it's genuinely entertaining for the right and wrong reasons. Like William Forsythe is just a force of nature in that film, pure evil for the sake of evil. But then knowing what Seagal is like I just love this moment in time where everyone thought he was the business so they made a film where he was allowed to do what he wanted when he wanted. His character is called Gino Felino for fuck's sake.

With Cobra it's just terrible. Pure shit, but it has to be seen. It would die today, but that was a huge success at the time.

Then there's crap like Forest Warrior which is just stupid.

I love action films if they have humour in them or there's something more to the action, but terrible action is good if there's time to reflect on how awful the main character is. That's why I can't stand Chuck Norris films because he says nothing and it's just kicking and explosions. It's boring.

Steven Seagal can still do whatever the fuck he wants, he has played every nationality from Japanese to Native American lol. I enjoy his current run of films called True Justice. They go overboard on story lines of crimes that a small Seattle unit would not ordinarily be handling and the acting is pretty horrible at times but when Seagal comes in and just kicks the shit out of people is where the fun is.

Watched a movie called Cry Wolf.. It's shit, wasted my time!!

The one with Bon Jovi and the ranga bitch sets up the whole thing for revenge? Not the worst thriller I've seen lol.

Watch I Know How Many Runs You Scored Last Summer. Absolutely horrendous acting and storyline. It's got like a mini incest storyline and the killer just kills everyone with cricket equipment. Only good thing about it is you get a nice shower scene of Arianna Starr.

Oh and I should mention the killer looks like Dennis Lillee lol.

I just finished watching Sin City for the first time in years, such a great flick.

Watched Cobra (1986) for the first time. Up there with Out For Justice as one of my favourite films of all time.

Are you one of those guys that enjoys movies that are so bad you can't help but watch? I too have seen Cobra more times then I care to announce and it is fucking horrible. As for Out for Justice anything with Steven Seagal is usually pretty horrible but I watch them because of him. Same can be said for Jean Claude he has made some absolute crap post 2002.

12 pubs of Christmas next week.

Roughly 150 of us. All wearing red.

Can't wait.

Oh Pontoon, many memories at the old Pontoon. Mainly of fighting with lebos trying to pick up my girlfriend using the old tried and tested "Hey baby" girlfriend walks away "Well fuck you then you slut"

Fisticuffs not long after.

I too have noticed this. Jose Enrique, Suarez etc all want in excess of 100k per week, even Agger wanted 94k and he barely played for me. Lucas wanted 115k so I gave it to him because well he's Lucas, he then accepts PSG offer. I thought at first they would have given him something stupid but no they gave him 94k per week. He still chose them despite me offering 21k more and my team being league and European champions.

I'll admit I was wrong about the stamping because I had only seen the two from this season and some of those examples were prolly from seasons gone but meh.
I don't defend him at every turn either, you will not find one example of that from me. It just gets on my tits that as soon as us Liverpool fans bring up someone else s record we are hiding or somehow trying to defend him. I think my Stoke example pretty much sums it up though, if there were no Liverpool fans on here how much would it get talked about.
I just wish others would instead of taking time out from their day to dish up dirt on him comment on something else. If during the game he does something fair enough go for gold, but days later when there is no football at all and some kid gets bored he goes out on a Suarez hate spree is just quite frankly pathetic.

It brings about reactions from people and this is a perfect example. Look through my post history and you will see I have stayed out of all the controversy until now.

Where did I say he's not a cunt? Where did I say he doesn't bring it upon himself? You all are completely missing the point. If he played for Stoke you wouldn't carry on like you lot do. You said it yourself no one on here supports Stoke and so there is no need to post about the shit their players do so it IS because he plays for Liverpool. Don't say it's not because you gave the reason yourself.

I'd much rather come into the Liverpool thread and talk about positive things instead of other teams fans constantly going on about Suarez, I also find it quite sad that some of you spend time to actually go out and look for gifs of him and even sadder the people that make them.

You missed my point Flash, it's magnified because of the hatred of Liverpool. Take Stoke for example, no one goes out and posts gif after gif of the dirty shit they come up with and it only gets mentioned DURING games then forgotten just as quickly. But because there is a large Liverpool supporter base here and a large Man Utd supporter base there is that rivalry, that hatred for Liverpool and it just goes on and on.
