#147119 No Strikers!
Dyrim
Tactics: I want to employ my no striker tactic at the highest level. The basic idea of this tactic is keeping enough people back when we don't have the ball, and moving forward in numbers when we have it. The idea to play without a striker is to try to let the opponents back line to move up and then break through with a trough pass onto the moving midfielders.
Transfer goals: I will put my main focus on bringing in young talented players, and devolepe them into superstars to be. With the main goal to sell with a big profit.
Transfers first season: Because of the tactic I can sell off my strikers. With Christian Benteke as great player his sell will allow me to do some buisiness on the market. As I didn't get any budget at the start of the season.
The sells:
Marc Albrighton was sold because in my tactic I don't play any wingers.
Alan Hutton, Joe Bennett and Karim El Ahmadi where sold as the where 3th choose for there positions and I only want to keep two players for each spot.
Christian Benteke and Andrew Weimann where sold as I don't use any strikers.
The buys:
Derik (20) came in to fill the centre back position as back-up for Ron Vlaar.
Edu Badia (24) and Javi Espinosa (20) will be the main and back-up playmaker midfielders.
Angel Correa (18) will play shadow striker and be competitive with Gabgy Agbonlahor.
Leandrinho (19) will be starting midfielder on the right side.
The line-up (first choose; second choose)
* new additions
** on loan
Goalkeeper: Brad Guzan; Jed Steer
Wing back right: Leandro Bacuna; Matt Lowton
Wing back left: Ryan Bertrand**; Antonio Luna
Right centre back: Jores Okore; Chris Herd
Central centre back: Ron Vlaar; Derik*
Left centre back: Ciaran Clark; Nathan Baker
Deep lying playmaker: Ashley Westwood; Yacouba Sylla
Right centre midfielder: Leandrinho*; Gary Gardner
Advanced playmaker central: Javi Espinoso*; Edu Badia*
Left centre midfielder: Fabian Delph; Daniel Johnson
Shadow Striker: Angel Correa*; Gabby Agbonlahor
League goals: A save finish aways from any relegation trouble
Cup goals: Run as deep as I can into both cups, probably will give priority over the league when I am in a relative save spot.

After the first month we are at the 9th spot having already played some strong sides. So I am pleased with our current position and hope to be able to hang around this area the whole season.

On the transfer front I got some good additions for the team. But the biggest victory was that I was able to hold on to all the important players.
David Dunne will start in the U19 squad I have the hope he will grow into his roll as Shadowstriker in the years to come.
Andoni Esnaola is probably the brightest talent I signed he will be the back-up GK in the first team to start.
Ben Woodcraft will be my starting right back but is not sure of his position as I have a simular back-up.
Iban Díez will be back-up on left back, but he needs to grow to his potentional quickly because it is my weakest spot on the pitch and have simular players in the U19 squad. Firstly been signed to keep Andoni Esnoala company.
Jake Thomas will be the new heart of my defense and I have high hopes he will become a real force.
Juan Pablo Vargas will has to become a real goalscoring threat from left midfield. Also rating him highly.
Julian Blanco comming in as back-up advance playmaker. Since Tim Grant left unhappy about lack of first team action.
Hopefully my squad will be strong enough to keep away from the relegation zone. Idealy I would like a mid-table finish.

In the end the last goal wasnt needed as again the competition dropped point in there final match. But after an amezing season I claimed the title. Hopefully it will give a boost to the club and enable me to sign some new youngsters.

With four games to come I have a 3 points gap. Also ahead on Goal difference so its for me to lose now. But what an amezing achievement it would be to win the league.

We dropped down to the 2nd spot, and a small gap has opened behinde me. The next month is the make or break month for the team playing aginst the number 1, 3, 6 and 8th plus two more. If we can good results next month we are in contention for the title. But whatever happens its going to be a season to be proud off.
Thanks Dan, indeed a shame in the FA Throphy, but a good league run will make up for it hopefully

In the league things are very tight on the top. We helt on the the top spot but the gap with the number 5 is only 3 points. The race is on!

The three wins move me to top spot again. So surpricingly we are contenders to get promoted either direct or by play-offs. That would be a hugh achievement, and tho it may look to early, it hopefully gives me a way to sign youngster dropped by top teams.

In the league we sit nicely on the 5th spot (inside the play-off zone) but falling down from 1st spot one match into the month it feels a bit disappointing. But we should be proud.

Even tho my goal was staying clear of the relegation zone, I can't ignore the fact that we are among the league leaders now and maybe have to set my goals higher. So I am now hoping for a safe mid table finish and maybe a sneaky play-off spot.
Thanks Dan, its good to have some time again to play. I still have loads of fun doing this save.

Our hard work and good results made us climb up the table to the 11th spot. Now 7 points clear of the dropzone. A very good feeling.

As we aim for a spot clear of the drop-zone, we are in the 17th spot. That sounds more save then it is.

Are your satrting (near) full ManU Engeland squad?

Its was much closer then I would have liked but Ebbsfleet didn't want to let go. Then they lost in the play-offs in the first round.
Succes was on the charts all the season it just got closer then I wished.

I also add an overview of the players stats over the whole season.
Ebbsfleet did push us until the end. They lets us no room for mistakes fortunatly we didn't make those mistakes altho it was close.

We are still strong in the league and with only 5 matches to play we have a 4 point lead.
The youth set up came with a couple of intresting players of which two have to potential to play next year already. One on a spot where I am about to lose a key player. So that gives a bit of hope for next season.
