Tactics: I want to employ my no striker tactic at the highest level. The basic idea of this tactic is keeping enough people back when we don't have the ball, and moving forward in numbers when we have it. The idea to play without a striker is to try to let the opponents back line to move up and then break through with a trough pass onto the moving midfielders.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/YlaoPPyHFNYbm2WFilnJ2eQ5xwbt4cdXtskUJMJn.png

Transfer goals: I will put my main focus on bringing in young talented players, and devolepe them into superstars to be. With the main goal to sell with a big profit.

Transfers first season: Because of the tactic I can sell off my strikers. With Christian Benteke as great player his sell will allow me to do some buisiness on the market. As I didn't get any budget at the start of the season.

The sells:

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/pUrgg15inswl4wvQu6bsNesAkcktnYA7wVT5FG5H.png

Marc Albrighton was sold because in my tactic I don't play any wingers.
Alan Hutton, Joe Bennett and Karim El Ahmadi where sold as the where 3th choose for there positions and I only want to keep two players for each spot.
Christian Benteke and Andrew Weimann where sold as I don't use any strikers.

The buys:

Derik (20) came in to fill the centre back position as back-up for Ron Vlaar.
Edu Badia (24) and Javi Espinosa (20) will be the main and back-up playmaker midfielders.
Angel Correa (18) will play shadow striker and be competitive with Gabgy Agbonlahor.
Leandrinho (19) will be starting midfielder on the right side.

The line-up (first choose; second choose)
* new additions
** on loan

Goalkeeper: Brad Guzan; Jed Steer
Wing back right: Leandro Bacuna; Matt Lowton
Wing back left: Ryan Bertrand**; Antonio Luna
Right centre back: Jores Okore; Chris Herd
Central centre back: Ron Vlaar; Derik*
Left centre back: Ciaran Clark; Nathan Baker
Deep lying playmaker: Ashley Westwood; Yacouba Sylla
Right centre midfielder: Leandrinho*; Gary Gardner
Advanced playmaker central: Javi Espinoso*; Edu Badia*
Left centre midfielder: Fabian Delph; Daniel Johnson
Shadow Striker: Angel Correa*; Gabby Agbonlahor

League goals: A save finish aways from any relegation trouble
Cup goals: Run as deep as I can into both cups, probably will give priority over the league when I am in a relative save spot.

First month is gone, we can be pleased by some results. We kicked off the season with a great 2-0 win over Plymouth. Next was the Capital One Cup, but league 1 side Peterborough left us no change we ran us down. We got away with "just" a 3-0 lose. Our first hlave preformance against Oxford was horrible, eventho we tried to mount a climb back in the 2nd halve the damage done was to great to overcome. This was follow by a bore draw against Chesterfield and a very pleasing preformance (eventho we lost) against York. A sublime hattrick by Jamie Forbes gave us the 3 points against Oldham. But we where knocked out of the Johnstones Paint Trophy by Wycombe.

After the first month we are at the 9th spot having already played some strong sides. So I am pleased with our current position and hope to be able to hang around this area the whole season.

We had an decent pre-season, but nothing realy great. We started with a diappointing loss agains Aldershot followed by a good win over ManU U21, and almost an upset against Leicester. Then a not so great draw against Eastbourne Boro, follow by an easy win over East Thurrock.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/YnMUDWhRr5PlUyTqUnZfi69nJWAwZA2hjONam5oH.png

On the transfer front I got some good additions for the team. But the biggest victory was that I was able to hold on to all the important players.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/p2quzb32J0jrJ1d08hYFodRF8hY41SaVS8zAhFJW.png

David Dunne will start in the U19 squad I have the hope he will grow into his roll as Shadowstriker in the years to come.
Andoni Esnaola is probably the brightest talent I signed he will be the back-up GK in the first team to start.
Ben Woodcraft will be my starting right back but is not sure of his position as I have a simular back-up.
Iban Díez will be back-up on left back, but he needs to grow to his potentional quickly because it is my weakest spot on the pitch and have simular players in the U19 squad. Firstly been signed to keep Andoni Esnoala company.
Jake Thomas will be the new heart of my defense and I have high hopes he will become a real force.
Juan Pablo Vargas will has to become a real goalscoring threat from left midfield. Also rating him highly.
Julian Blanco comming in as back-up advance playmaker. Since Tim Grant left unhappy about lack of first team action.

Hopefully my squad will be strong enough to keep away from the relegation zone. Idealy I would like a mid-table finish.

Heading into the final month with a 3 point advantage en GD on side I was fully confident I could win the league. We started of great with a 3-1 win over Forest Green and our competition dropping points. Which left us only needing 4 points from the last 3 matches. But the nerves crept into the team and things turned out not that easy. We went 2-0 ahead against Tonbridge but with the nerves there we conceded 2 goals and where lucky to get away with a draw. Next up was Braintree, now with 3 points needed. But we didnt show up to play. Altho there where 11 man on the pitch we never competed and lost justfully with 0-2. Fortunatly the competition didnt take the full points and we went into the final match having enough to draw. In this match we altleast competed and went up 1-0, but we could hold on and where down going into the final minutes. But a very late equalizer sent the fans into rapture and claiming us the title.

In the end the last goal wasnt needed as again the competition dropped point in there final match. But after an amezing season I claimed the title. Hopefully it will give a boost to the club and enable me to sign some new youngsters.

And so ends the touchest month. But we extended our unbeaten run setting ourselfs up in an excelent possition for the last matches. A late winner against Hereford set us up for this great month. We followed with an "easy" win over Lincoln. Next was the crusial match against Tamworth, we went up early but couldnt hold on till the end. But with a draw we kept our lead over them. Next "easy" match against Morecombe didnt provide and trouble. Against Stockport I rested most of my starters, as I had 2 games in 2 days, and manage to get away with a draw. The rested starters didnt disappoint against Nuneaten, making sure of the victory within 30 minutes.

With four games to come I have a 3 points gap. Also ahead on Goal difference so its for me to lose now. But what an amezing achievement it would be to win the league.

An unbeaten month. Its sounds better then it was. With three draws in five matches you can also say we lost 6 points this month. Especialy the draw against Salisbury was a bitter pill to swallow. Conceding in the 93th minute.

We dropped down to the 2nd spot, and a small gap has opened behinde me. The next month is the make or break month for the team playing aginst the number 1, 3, 6 and 8th plus two more. If we can good results next month we are in contention for the title. But whatever happens its going to be a season to be proud off.

Bad luck, good luck. In the end it all evens out. Not the greatest month, not the worse month. The team held the ranks closed and manage to get some decent preformances in. We started of with a hopeless loss against Aldershot, just to bounche back with a win over Luton. A draw against Salisbury in the FA trphy, made that the fixture list cluttered a bit. The replay was once posponed due to bad weather to clutter some more. The replay was a touch of bad luck. We went ahead 2-0 but conceded on the 80th and 90th minute. In extra time Salisbury where awarded an unjust penalty. We manage to pull it back again but it was just not to be. We pulled back with a good win over Welling, followed by a 2-2 draw against Eastleigh after being 2-0 down. There was a touch of good luck. And the luck kept being on our side for the last match of the month. Going into the last 5 minutes 1-1, and losing a man to a red card but still manage to score in the extra time by a fabulous strike.

In the league things are very tight on the top. We helt on the the top spot but the gap with the number 5 is only 3 points. The race is on!

We bounched back with an good month after the deception from last month. Winning 3 out of 4 league matches and also continuing in the FA Trophy. So a very pleasing month to end the year with. I also manage to extend most of the contract only the contracts of my excelent GK and main midfielder are on hold. As my GK doesn't want to talk and my midfielder asking more then the board aloow me to offer. Hopefully I can still manage to extend those contracts so I keep my main squad rearing to go for next season.

The three wins move me to top spot again. So surpricingly we are contenders to get promoted either direct or by play-offs. That would be a hugh achievement, and tho it may look to early, it hopefully gives me a way to sign youngster dropped by top teams.

After two good month in a row we came crashing down into reality again. We managed to win against leaders Nuneaton to even go top of the board ourselfs. But ten we didn't manage to win an other league game the rest of the month. Against Forest Green we took the early lead but goals just after the break and before the final whistle left us empty handed. A boring match resulted in a scoreless draw against Tonbridge, and again we lost to two late goals against Braintree. The positive about the match was we where creating changes again only failing to take them. We took that positive into the FA Trophy match against Aldershot and crushed them 6-1 easily progressing to the next round.

In the league we sit nicely on the 5th spot (inside the play-off zone) but falling down from 1st spot one match into the month it feels a bit disappointing. But we should be proud.

We managed to carry over the form from last month into the next. The team is on fire at the moment stringing good results. W started the month with three big victories, scoring 11 goals in those three matches (conceding only 2). Our win streak was broken by a draw against Tamworth. It was basicly a stolen point because we where just not with our heads in that game. Next was the only disappointing result of the month. We lost 4-2 against Luton for the FA cup. So the finances wont get a boost this year, from a good cup run. We ended the month with a lucky win over Stockport. In the 88th minute a corner floated in directly to give us the full 3 points.

Even tho my goal was staying clear of the relegation zone, I can't ignore the fact that we are among the league leaders now and maybe have to set my goals higher. So I am now hoping for a safe mid table finish and maybe a sneaky play-off spot.

An great month for the team. The seemed to get use to the higher level and start prefoming at a higher level themselfs. We started off with a disappointing draw against religation rivals Welling, making it 5 games without a win. But then we went to top of the league AFC Telford and we totaly crushed them getting an record high win 1-7. Next two games we fell behinde but got a deseved penalty to equalize in both matches. Then we put in 5 goals before the halve time wistle to secure a easy win over Cambridge. Salisbury then had the better of us losing with a slightest margin but it could have been much worse. We bounced back with an excelent win Hereford creating lots of canges but only taking three of them.

Our hard work and good results made us climb up the table to the 11th spot. Now 7 points clear of the dropzone. A very good feeling.

The season started of good for us. We got a positive draw in the first match and won the second easily. In the third match we lost two points late in the game, and that leaded to a downfall. Next two matches we both lost without a chance of a victory. Before we scambled to a draw in the last match of the month. Over all I am not to disappointed with our result over the first month.

As we aim for a spot clear of the drop-zone, we are in the 17th spot. That sounds more save then it is.

Pre-season was a bit wobbling getting a some decent and some disappointing result. On the transfer market there wasn't much action. I released three players and brought in two. One willbe back-up for the main team and the other one will be in the youth team. One of the bright spot is an other players from my youth set-up will be includedin my main team rotation. The promotion had the hoped for effect, I was able to extend all the contracts of my key players either on perment deals or on non-contract deals. So I have them for at least an other year. Now lets see how we roam in the Skrill Premier. Personalyy I am aiming for a top halve finish, but have no clue if this is realistic or not. The new season will tell.

The season comming to the end and we have managed to do it! Eventho it was close until the end. We lost our 4 points adavantage after three matches in drawing against Weston-super-Mare and Brackley (intbetween a solid win over Tonbridge). Now tied with Ebbsfleet but still on top on goal difference we went into the final two games. Bath gave us a real scare going infront, while Ebbsfleet held a draw. But a superb last 15 minutes by us secured the victory. Now again two points clear a draw would be sufficient against Oxford City. We fell behinde early to an own goal, but got back into it soon after. Just after the break we went ahead and all seemed ready for celibrations. An unjust penalty brought back the nerfs but a immidiat responce closed the season on a high.

I also add an overview of the players stats over the whole season.

An other month goed by and we are 4 matches closer to our goal. We started with a draw against Dover in a match that should have been won. But the lads picked themslefs up winning the next three. Against Bishop's Stotford we went 2-0 up but they cam back in extra time of the first halve. But after an iffy start of the second halve my central defender headed home a corner to secure the win. After bein 1 up against Dorchester we went 2-1 behinde on the half hour. But they couldnt hold on to the lead and we went for tea all squar. After the break we came out on fire to clinch the win. An easy 2-1 victory over Havent & W completed the month.

We are still strong in the league and with only 5 matches to play we have a 4 point lead.

The youth set up came with a couple of intresting players of which two have to potential to play next year already. One on a spot where I am about to lose a key player. So that gives a bit of hope for next season.
