Thanks DanW19, but it still feels I have been set back two years in my plan. But we will continue with the youngster strategy.

Pre season wasn't easy for us. Only winning our last match. But with a complete new team and new tactics (3-4-3 again) the players have to get used to eachother. I hope I can stay clear of relegation this year and get some good players trough my youth set up.

At the start of the new season newly promoted St. Albans City to rerise to power. So starting (continuing) again in the Skrill South. With almost no players under contract and no staff in place I get the chance to build the squad from zero. Unfortunatly as the club has very low stature it is hard to find good youngsters. But with some shopping at my old club and around the lower league and some releasewd players I have a tight squad of 23 players now to start the season. I am still looking for a 3th Goaly and a left midfielder. But I am happy to start off with what I have in the team now. Lets hope the club isn't up for sale soon!

I won the manager of the year after being sacked. That feels like an extra kick in the nutts. Also did my player Harley Worthington won the player of the year award and the goal scoring title.

Eventho I won the first round in the play-offs the board deceded to let me go anyway. I feel realy harsh done by that decicion. I now ill have to see how to continue with this save. I felt I was on the right track with the team and had a good chance to get the promotion and stay clear of relegation next season. But I don't get to do it.

With the normal season running to a close, our results weren't good enough to make a final push for the top spot. We did manage to secure a play-off spot. I want to highlight the preformances of my three main striker and espacialy Harley Worthington who scored 47 goals in 39 games and also giving out 19 assist. Despite my good results and just renewing my contract, my life isn't still secure at the clib. As there has just been a take-over and the new chairman wants to bring in a new headcoach. I hope I get to do the play-offs and that a good result will secure my job.

To bad about the Final. Looks like your on for a race to the line with Dunfirmline. Could come down to the results against them in the end. And if you dont make it there first I still think you have a good shot through the play-offs (atleast better then last season).

Look like its going to be a mixed season, winning against Keizer Chiefs, but totaly destroyed in the first match against Supersport. But claiming a 100% league score so far takes you already 5 points clear from the dropzone.

A bit of disapointing month. We only managed to get one win in the league and dropped down to the 5th spot. With all team tight together we can still win the league but more easy drop out of the play-off spots. Also the intake of youth players didn't bring in enough talents this time. So I have to see what I do at the end of the season, signing some new players from the outside or just keep the same squad I have this season.

Well its to bad I lost my win against league contenders Eastleigh, but its great to get the points flowing again.

Febuari was a great month, we didn't lose a game and gor 11 out of 15 points. We went to 1 point from the leaders (Easleight). If we can get this run going we might be contending for the top spot till the end.

Due to a computer crash I had to replay my three last matches in Januari. Unfortunatly my resulst wheren't as good as before. But it will have to do. We are now roaming at 3th spot but this time 9 points of the pace of the leaders.

Great season, hopefully you can build your team up from this achivement. Winning a cup and qualifing for CAF confederation Cup might open the way to a better player base to choose from.

In Januari my winter slump continued extending my no win streak to 7 games. The game against Brackley was the most noticable. Harley Worthington was proably the fastest player ever to score 4 goals in a match (within 12 minutes), but we still managed to give away the 4 goal lead. In the nick of time we found our winning ways again, winning the last two matches against league rivals against Eastleigh and Oxford City. We dropped down to 4th spot, 5 points of the leaders Ebbsfleet. But we are still in the desired play-off spots.

December started off well, but in the busy holliday season we dropped points. With the loss of points we dropped one spot to 2nd place. But we got through to the next round in the FA Trophy where a hard match against Skrill Premier team Bristol Rovers await.

Seems like Bony has managed to get his form past the summer. Schurrle feels like a real steal (if you can sign him for £ 9mil). Some good signings on the board in total. You can be up for an other decent season.

As I like attacking football I always try to find a decent tactic that encourages scoring goals. But the amount we are conceding is basicly to much to be reliable for a team that wants to bid for promotion.

An other decent month again, we started with a revenge on the team that beat us, crushing them in the FA Trophy. And we went on to keep the good run going. Losing one and drawing one in seven games. The form brought us on top of the league now. Harley Worthington picked up an other PotM award.

My team does not rely on good defending but more on outscoring the opponent.

We manage to extend our winning streak to 9 games before losing the last game of the month after a lust lack preformance. We sitting still at 2nd spot but on points equal with the league leadres.

Massive squad indeed, but as I play only players signed as youngsters the total wage budget isn't even that big. For the total of 48 players under contract I have a wage bill £ 1.765.

This month I changed the tactic to a standard 3-4-3 due to injuries. And with that change the results came flowing in. Winning all laugue matches and scoring a glut of goals (also conceding a fair share). Only the FA cup tie against a lower division team I got out played and lost totaly fair and square. But the great laugue run brought me up to 2nd spot and made me MotM. Harvey Wortington claimed PotM award scoring 9 goals in 5 matches.

We started of great getting a big win on opening day. We ran into two losses after that, but one to a very late goal. The last game we scored enough to win eventho we leaked three goals. We are sitting nicely at 10th spot and are looking upwards as we already had two team who are above us in the standing.

Losing 28 goals is a bitter pill to swallow, but I hope someone else will step up to the plate. We had a good pre-season with the highlight for me losing 3-2 agains Preston in the extra time. I didn't sign any new players as I had a very big squad, 3 players left me for an other team and 4 players where released at the end of there contracts. I did replace all of my coaching staff, for what I believe are better coaches. No money was spent or recieved. Overal I think my squad is a bit better then last season (mainly due to an year more experiance), and I hope that when I run good I can content for a top-halve finish. Hopefully pushing for a play-off spot.
