Abramovich is running out of managers to hire and fire tbh...

That's the most worrying thing.

Exactly. Thats why he is a great footballer and a legend

I would consider Carles Puyol and John Terry to be very similar in terms of footballing ability. Also, both are regarded as 'legends' by their respected clubs.

John Terry is a scumbag though...

The loan deals should go through on the dates you have entered.

One way to test though, edit a loan deal to go through on the 18th July 2012 (game starts on the 17th July 2012) and see if it works.

If you're in urgent need of a right winger during the January transfer window, take a look at Nathan Redmond, he can be signed for roughly £5,000,000.

End of the season and depending on funds, Steven Caulker becomes a solid central defender, Luke Shaw has the potential to be England's first choice left back and Ademilson is good striker with a release clause of about £6,000,000.

I also doubt Chelsea will be willing to sell Romelu Lukaku.

Bets have been suspened on Gus Poyet being named next Chelsea manager due to a large number of bids today. He's now the market leader.
Would be a monumentally bad decision by Roman. Don't get me wrong, I love Gus, but you're going to put a young manager with no top flight experience in charge of Chelsea? It would be like AVB all over again.

I understand what you're saying but Andre Villas-Boas didn't have the respect of the senior players. Gus Poyet is a former Chelsea player and would probably have the dressing room on side straight away, just like Roberto Di Matteo did.

If Roman Abramovich isn't going to change his methods of hiring and firing managers then I don't want another Chelsea favourite hired, only to then be fired after a bad run of games.
