Using the editor, I want to create loan deals that will go through in January 2013.

I've had a little play around but when I start a new game after editing, it doesn't show any pending loans.

Is this normal or have I done something wrong??

The loan deals should go through on the dates you have entered.

One way to test though, edit a loan deal to go through on the 18th July 2012 (game starts on the 17th July 2012) and see if it works.
