West Brom isn't working and ive noticed its file is in capitals JPG and all the rest are lower case how do i rename it?

Okay well ive now became a premium member and ive just downloaded the complete 6.3 pack but its only downloaded 5.1kb of the file anyway that can be cured?

There's a lot of faces missing.

Ive downloaded the 6.0 megapack fine but the 6.0.1 update pack wont work, can i just paste the faces into the original megapack?

I've just done that and its just left the 6.1 pack and deleted the all the photos from the megapack help!

I don't know if this has been covered but i've downloaded the 6.01 version of the megapack. I extracted the file to my faces file in graphics and then I reload skin in preferences but it doesn't show any of the faces and deletes the default pictures. It still leaves the white shadow face. Any ideas how to fix? I haven't had problems with logo's or kits.

P.S I'm not very technical so help in the simplest form.
