Someone else found the solution for me, the answer is in the FAQ of the game:

"The game crashes during a match, slowdown issues or the display shows incorrectly or grey only"

Please try switching Rendering mode. This can be done in the preferences under 'Interface -> Interface Rendering Mode.'

Change from GPU Assisted to Software.

If you cannot access your preferences you can do this by pressing and briefly holding:

ALT + SHIFT + F10 all at the same time.

This should resolve your issue.

Could be, but first I resetted all to Default Options, which didn't worked. Then I reinstalled the game at Steam, but it's still the same. I have this only with FM13.
