Hello -

I have tried a few times to download the sortitoutsi Data Update for FM17 (which is the last version of the game that my ancient PC will support). However, every time I try to load a new game, the league structures remain exactly the same (i.e. no promotions or relegations - Stoke still in the Premier League, etc.) Other changes (player transfers, managers) seem to have taken place as normal.

I download the file, extract it to the correct place, etc. I can't see what I am missing.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong place. Can't see where else to ask.

I have downloaded the FM17 version of the Data Update. Fired up a new career game there, and all of the January 2018 transfers look great, but promotions/relegations don't appear to be updated - teams all still in the same league as the start of the 2016/17 season.

Don't want to seem ungrateful, and maybe I'm just being stupid, but can someone please explain what I'm doing wrong?
