Did anyone manage yet to add in-game faces (cut out) to the Ajax staff members? If so, how?

I'm curious. How do you guys setup your databases? Do you prefer view-only over playable? How many leagues do you load?

Hi,

I'm playing with WHC in a lower league in Holland. I want to add the current selection to my team in FM 18, because most of the players are missing at the moment. Can someone please explain how I can do this?
