Do you change your tactics for each game to counter specific threats the opposition possess? If your just sticking with the same team instructions for every game that would probably explain your persistent poor form.

Try having a team meeting. Praise players after good performances (private chat).


Thanks for answering..i have tried that a couple of times and indeed morale went up, but it did not help in breaking up this bad run..

Hi all, this is a question regarding FM2013..I started as manager of Plymouth Argyle, doing reasonable before the team went into a bad run and i was fired, my next job was at Torpedo Moscow and the same thing happened, now i am with my third club in one and a half year into my career, and again my team is in a bad run..The question is: how can i break a bad run, i have tried lots of things, like trying to keep morale up, switching tactics etc,.really hope someone can help..
