Hi, I would like to alert you to a mistake you have in the "Real names" part of this file.

The "Czech First Division Best Foreigner" is renamed "Synot Liga Čizí Fotbalista roku". That is a typo. It's "Cizí", not "Čizí". And also (I don't know if you care about this), Czech and Slovak languages don't capitalize every first letter in names, so a more precise name would be "Synot liga Cizí fotbalista roku"
