Nope, it's only a new name, the club is the same. Bupolsa got relegated to a tier no present in FM (the Spanish 7th tier) so probably it will not be present on FM23 but if they got promoted, they'll appear on next years again. Here's the history of names and logos for Burgales. It's totally safe changing the logo. 🙂 

First phrase on that article literally says “CD Bupolsa no longer exists”, true. But they mean the name, not the club. 

Elche's logo on Twitter is for their 100 anniversary. Official logo hasn't changed at all
