Under email settings, all options have been unchecked. Anyway to unsubscribe from all other newsletter?

Received 2 emails titled "Football Manager 2015 News and Features" within one hour of each other.

Under email settings, I unchecked everything and save, but everytime after saving, "FM14 Features" will be automatically be checked again.

Is there a bug?
