Could you please post the website address shown when you get the message saying the site is unavailable?

Could be an issue with your internet service provider? The download is working perfectly fine for me


I have turned off my internet and turned it on again but the same problem keeps happening. I dont get the error message when i am downloading the update version that seems to download fine. I only get the problem witb mega pack complete versio 5.6

have paid for a preimum membership but I cannot download the complete mega facepack for fm 13 (cutout version)Whenever i click on the download I get a message saying that the site is unavailable. I have checked my internet connection and everything is fine.However when i click on the pack update link that seems to work. I really need the complete pack before I install the update pack. Please can someone help me
