I had the same problem with my fmf files, after the 15.3.1 update was released. I fixed it by having an editor data folder inside the editor data folder. So it should look something like

... /Documents/....Football Manager 2015/editor data/editor data

thanks for the tip, but it didn't help for me...still after launching the game i can use only .xml updates

Someone earlier in this topic said that .fmf files doesn't work for him, but .xml files do... i have the same problem... my FM reads .xml files, but it doesn't even "see" .fmf files

I have a problem guys... the thing is that i got an update with like 70 additional leagues and it works perfect, but later i got an update that adds 2nd and 3rd league in Poland where i'm from, but it's like the game doesn't see it... maybe it's because the rest of leagues added are .xml and this one is .fmf, i don't know...but when i tried to change the file from .fmf to .xml something like this is showing:

do you think there's any way how i can make this update work? i'd love to start game in Poland from the lowest possible league
