Change to sidebar icons, and select Flut card, do you have the 2d kits?

1/The skin is designed to work with the game zoom at 100% and your screen zoom as well. If you change either of these, there will be lag problems.

2/ The skin is configured to only show icons on the sidebar. This also causes lag. To fix this problem, go to the game settings and check this option.

 

3/ To make the jerseys appear on the players panel, you need to make a second file, in your game graphics folder.
Copy the one you have, rename it and then modify all the "config" files inside using the PDF provided by Flut.

I guess you should change it to 85% zoom and icons only on your sidebar 

your resolution is 1920x1080 I suppose?
