Transfer Deadline Day- March 2013
After not receiving much first team action apart from the few games and basically not being good enough, I have decided to send James Mackie back to QPR. He got 1 goal every 6 league games while he was here what is really a bad record for a striker. As a replacement I have snapped up Danny Graham for 7.5m from Sunderland, Aspas will also join us, leaving German outfit Borussia Dortmund. The only other transfer to go through was the release of Angus Gunn.

FA Cup 6th round
After staring off in the 2nd qualifying round with a 11-0 away win against Prescot we have secured a 6th round place with a 3-1 win against Charlton at the Etihad we found out we will host Swansea City in the FA Cup. The highest posisioned team through to this round in the league is Gateshead who lead the Npower Championship by 7 points#291893 Road back to the Prem (leagues reversed)

I like it yeah, Not all leagues are upside down some league 2 and league 1 remain the same but it is mostly upside down and still very intresting to do, Im quite suprised even though we got Champions League football this season no good players want to join. On my save I am suprised Everton and Newcastle are some of the main contenders for promotion. Liverpool are only 10th on my save and United 6th so are not doing as well as you would of thought. Weird to see Burnley in the contenders for the play-offs as well when bigger clubs should be earning their place. Ill defiently checkout your career update on this save if you post about it!

A Player leaves and a player arrives
Martin Kellys profile on my FM save (Recently signed from Liverpool) included but lets get to the main point. David Silva has left my club. George Elkobi has left Wolves to join my club ; I know he is quite a bad player but he is one of the best that will open talks with me considering my division and with the teams in the above division he seems like he could be a OK player. We especially need a right back in this time where Kolo Toure is away in the African Cup of Nations as well. However with our recent rush of signings we need a player to depart to maintain numbers so with regret, I can now say David Silva has moved to Barcelona for 20m. David only missed out on 3 league games this season but scored 0 goals those 18 games however he set up 5 goals for the Conference North side.

Edin Dzeko leaves
After 5 goals in 10 league games and 1 assist, I can now say Dzeko has left Manchester City to join PSG.Joining the club however is Raheem Sterling, the 18 year old leaves Liverpool for 13m and can defiently improve and become a very good player. In a urge to sign players, and many players rejecting to join our Conference North club, Charlie Adam leaves Stoke to join us for 10m. Another former Liverpool player to join is Martin Kelly: he is a decent player who can improve our defense where we only have 5 available options.

Heskey joins Lescott leaves
It is with great pleasure I can announce the signing of Emile Heskey. With 548 games and 119 games in his career with many english teams and Newcastle Jets he seems like the perfect signing for us.Meanwhile Joleon Lescotts request to leave the club has been accepted, after a goal and 2 assists in the 11 league games he has played in this season. the player who spent 4 seasons at Everton and 7 at Wolves is now avaliable on a free transfer : he is unlikely to join after clubs not bidding 7.5m, 5m, 3m, 1m or 0 for him so I wish him the best in whatever he does in the future.

2 players join on loan.
I continue to look for Backup players in the goalkeeper and midfield department and today I can confirm the arrival of James Mackie from QPR on loan and Arsenal reserves number 1, Vito Mannoe will also be on loan until the end of the season (unless recalled), Even better I do not have to pay any monthly fees or the players wages!#291887 Road back to the Prem (leagues reversed)

September 2012
Great month, we are 1st and unbeaten. Even though it was expected my best result has to be defeating Prescot 11-0. After 9 goals in 7 games my player of the month has got to be Sergio Aguero.#291886 Road back to the Prem (leagues reversed)

The road to the FA Cup
A great win in the 2nd qualifying round for the FA Cup. We scored so many goals and the 11-0 win suprised me, I thought it could of been somthing like 5-0 at least.#291885 Road back to the Prem (leagues reversed)

Community Shield
We faced Conference South Side Chelsea in the Community Shield, both teams are expected to finish 1st in there respective leagues and now they are fighting for major silverware. Yaya Toure got the only goal of the first half but was ruled offside. With 70 minutes gone Sergio Aguero scored what looked like the winning goal and it was! The Conference North side had won the community shield!#291883 Road back to the Prem (leagues reversed)

Start of the save
Hello guys,FMraynor here, you might remember me from the Road to the hall of fame save : if you are a fan of it don't worry I will still post on it here and there. This save is all about helping Manchester City get back in the Premier League after the leagues are reversed in England. We still are playing in the Community Shield and everything but we will be facing the North Premier league and Championship sides in this league, hopefully we can get early promotion and finish 1st as the media predicts us to do. It will be intresting to see, how the bad teams will do with sponsor money and the good teams, without.
After Luis Suarez denying to open talks with us the only player we have managed to buy is Samir Handovic : 50% of Samir Handovic but with them wanting over 50m combined for the player worth just under 11m altogether I canceled the bidding and will look for a new keeper.

August 2014
We may be not as high as we would of wished in the table but we secured 2 trophys and did not see defeat. Ronaldo got the most goals this month and without him we probally would of struggled alot so he is our player of the month i personally think.#291861 Road to the Hall of fame

A big few days in Europe.
We found out our Champions League group, we have been drawn in a easier group than the last 2 times in my opinion and we have been drawn against our former players Phil Jones and Sergio Ramos.Chelsea went in to the Super Cup Final in Cardiff against Kiev having won the competition for the previous 2 times : Ronaldo had scored 2 goals in the last 2 games and Chelsea had always scored 4 in those victorious games. Chelsea did not get 4 goals in normal time tonight, Ronaldo did not even get a goal and the 1-1 level score went to extra time. New signing Kiebling put Chelsea 2-1 up 4 minutes into extra time and his first goal for Chelsea turned out to be the winner.

Cesar Azpilicueta leaves
It is my regret to announce the sale of Cesar Azpilicueta for 23m to Manchester City, He was one of 3 players to start every league game last season and in those 38 games he got 1 goal and 14 assists and was Player of the Match once: He joins Eden Hazard who made 16 assists last season (most in the league). I feel like I should of accepted Real Madrid's 1m less offer for Cesar to avoid him potentially making us regret the decision to let him go even more. I signed Dani Carvajal as a replacement and so far he seems like he could be decent. Another player leaving is David Da Gea, who departs on a season-long loan to Barcelona and I will show the fans my new squad when we face Frank Lampard and Stoke City.#291859 Road to the Hall of fame

Community Shield
Tim Krul started his first game since coming back from his loan at Man City to see this important game, After a goal for each side, Aron Gunnarson had a debut to forget after picking up his second booking in the 3rd minute of injury time. The game immediately went to penalties, where Chelsea had won both friendly ties that has went to penalty's in friendlies they played in the build up to this game. With Mandana coming on for Tim Krul, penaltys worried me and having to go 2nd worsened the situation. Magnificent saves from the former OM keeper lead to a John Terry winning penalty: we missed 1 penalty and they missed 3. It finished 3-1 on penalties!#291858 Road to the Hall of fame

Players and Teams of the year
Vincent Kompany voted player of the season for the 2013/2014 and is one of the players to make it in overall best team. Lukaku and Frank Lampard (left) are some of the players to be involved in 2013/2014 team of the season. Meanwhile Tim Krul (on loan at Man City) has made the 2013/2014 team of the year as well as the Overall best team for his loan club.#291855 Road to the Hall of fame

Champions League Final
Manchester City and Chelsea traveled to Lisbon with high hopes that their team will be the holders of the Champions League at the end of the game. Chelsea were without Rooney, Vidic and wonderkid Lukakuc : Man City were without Dede and Tim Krul (on loan from Chelsea). Despite having 4 players sat on the bench, Chelsea's spirits were high but then Cesar A (started every league game) was injured and had to come off for Phil Jones (joining PSG in June). Chelseas problems went worse as Jack Wilshere was given a straight red card with 37 minutes gone. This did not stop Chelsea scoring as Ronaldo got a goal 42 minutes in and that was the only goal in the 1-0 win.#291854 Road to the Hall of fame

April 2014
After the run of results this month we are 2 wins away from league title no matter if city won every game 10-0, drew or lost and with 3/4 of my last 4 league games at home the title coming to Stamford Bridge for the 2nd year in a row is looking like a destiny. This month has been quite good after defeating spaniard giants for the second year in the row and securing a Champions League final place, one of the worst results was the extra time loss against Rivals Liverpool : we should of won but Phil Jones had to come off with a injury after Liverpool injured 3 of my players! Another highlight was Lukaku retaining his young player of the month title and myself retaining manager of the month. Lionel Messi however is my overall player of the month#291852 Road to the Hall of fame

Champions League finalists
After eliminating both Real Madrid and Barcelona for the second year in a row (knock-out stages) I have reached the Champions League final. I will be playing Manchester City who beat Chelsea 4-1 on aggregate in the Semi Final, I am pleased with this draw having never lost against the club : 1 time out of 5 meetings was a draw. The current holders go into this game as favorites in my opinion.#291851 Road to the Hall of fame

FA Cup Semi Final
The FA Cup Semi Final saw me playing with 10 men after 3 player getting injured, Ashley cole was injured in the 17th minute and only to be joined back on the bench in the 22nd minute by Injured wonderkid Lukaku. After Vidic came on for Thiago, We had to play with 10 men after Phil Jones was taken off injured in 74 minutes : the match was still 0-0 when we reached 10 men against Liverpool. The match finished 0-0 and ended up going to extra time. In 109 minutes Christian Benteke opened the scoring for Liverpool against the current holders and the match finished that way. This is the 2nd time Chelsea have been eliminated from a cup this season after we was defeated by Brighton in the 4th round of the capital one cup what was won by Arsenal after they defeated Brighton 2-1 in the Final.#291850 Road to the Hall of fame

March 2013
March has not been the best month for us, considering the amount of draws we got however a positive was securing a place in the FA Cup Semi Final where we will play Nottingham Forest or Liverpool at Wembely. Cristiano Ronaldo finally ended his goal drought after getting 2 goals in our win against Wigan. After 2 months of myself winning Manager of the month and a young player winning young player of the month, we have been unable to retain any awards at all. We defended bad against Wolves after a 3-2 win but at least we remain 1st but now it is only by 2 points, although we have a game in hand on 2nd placed Manchester City. Player of the month is Lukaku.
