This month has been fantastic with some great wins, After being 1-0 and 2-1 down the result against Everton has to be my result of the month : I would of went with the result against 2nd placed Manchester City but there 2 first team goalkeepers were either on loan from Chelsea so couldnt play (Tim Krul) or injured (Joe Hart) so a 18 year old had to play. Anyway we also have a good advantage when we play in the Champions League second leg at Stamford Bridge and being 11 points infront, the league is practically ours for the second year running. Since Mario Gotze has been played as a center midfielder he has won awards such as this one and his form helped me clinch manager of the month for the second month running. Player of the month has got to be Vincent Kompany after crucial goals in most of the games this month.#291848 Road to the Hall of fame

Poor FA Cup Form
My quest to defend my FA Cup title has appeared to be a struggle after us being involved in a replay for every game, After our game against Aston Villa that turned out to be a 3-0 win we have always been faced Away and ending up drawing and getting many goals past them at home : If I beat Cardiff, I will be in with another away game at Wolves so this could damage my players fitness yet again but nevertheless I have a big league ahead of 2nd placed Manchester City and I would like to win as many things as possible. To maybe help I am dropping David Da Gea as cup keeper for Marc Andre Ter Stegen who has kept 2 clean sheets in the 2 league games he has played this season.#291847 Road to the Hall of fame

Dramatic Game at Goodison
A weird game at Goodison park saw us go both 1-0 and 2-1 down but we ended up winning 5-2. At half time, I made 3 substitutions with Marc Andre Ter Stegen coming on for David Da Gea, Messi on for wonderkid Lukaku and Tiote came on for Thiago. My subs changed the game with 2 players who came on ending up scoring a goal to help us win by this very very rare score. January 2014
This month, we have had a good time in the league but not in the FA Cup after draws against Huddersfield and Aston Villa. The 3-1 win against Stoke was a highlight as it saw wonder-kid Lukaku score 2 goals and our veteran midfielder Frank Lampard face us for the first time since leaving to join Stoke. With 15 league games to go we have extended our lead at the top of the table to 8 points. Drogba out Thiago In
Paris Saint Germain sign club legend Didier Drogba, who signed back to the club in August with Thiago signing for us from Barcelona with the money brought in. I sanctioned this transfer for the good of the club, with Didier being 35 and us having other top players it would be best if we cashed on him right now after 9 games with no goals. Frank Lampard Leaves
Frank Lampard is a legend for Chelsea according to this game and he has now left the club. After 438 appearances and 135 goals over 12 and a half seasons, i can understand the fans sadness with his sale but he is missing every penalty he is taking and is 35 and we just have younger and better players in this posision for example Tiote, Kompany, Gotze and Wilshere. I would of liked to of got more for Frank though but with his low value and age thats what you have got to expect.#291843 Road to the Hall of fame

Massive Change to the strike force
It is my pleasure to announce the signing of Wayne Rooney from Manchester United and Lukaku coming back from his loan at AS Monaco. Lukaku got 7 goals and 1 assist in 15 games and we hope he can continue this form when arriving back in England. Lukaku had a amazing first game after returning from his loan in France scoring both goals in Chelsea's 2-0 win over Liverpool.Some strikers did depart from Chelsea though with Robin Van Persie who signed in the Summer for 60m and got a goal and a assist in 13 league games has left for 27.5m to join Juventus, I feel this move will benefit us and Juventus.

After 10 seasons of loyal service I annonce Petr Cech will leave the club on a free transfer to Juventus in July after we decided not to give a new contract to the 31 year old. Steve Mandana of OM is my preference to join in July to replace the player. Alot more transfers are set to go through this January so be prepared to see big names join and leave Chelsea. First Premier League defeat
After 10 wins in a row (All competitons) Chelsea went to Face United at Old Trafford with high hopes but a goal in the dieing seconds of the game saw Chelsea loose out. Goals from Ronaldo and John Terry could not stop United winning 3-2 against us, In my opinion with the squad we fielded we should of done alot better and with Cech conceding nearly half of the goals he did last season with 12 games gone, I have decided David Da Gea could be my first choice keeper for the next few days and he has kept 2 clean sheets in the 3 games he played.#291838 Road to the Hall of fame

Champions League Group H
This years Champions League saw us qualify with 2 games in hand, insaid of 1 like last year despite having the same group but with Basel insaid of Juventus. Basel should of finished 4th but finished 2nd to qualify and see Dortmund and Madrid not advance for the 2nd year in the row. A 2-0 win against Basel on the final day of the group could not stop Dortmund finishing last and Basel going through on goal difference but anyway we have a quite easy game in the knockout stage.#291837 Road to the Hall of fame

Club World Championship Champions
After winning the Champions League, as you know you qualify for this competition and after 2 quite easy games in The Semi Final and Final we managed to extended our trophy count to 3 by winning the Community Shield, Super Cup and now the Club World Championship.#291836 Road to the Hall of fame

With David Luiz leaving to Join United, 2 players set to go to the African Cup of nations, I think he is a good player and with us only having enough players to fill the bench and the starting XI at the moment for 10m he will help our team strengthen, he is currently 17th place with Newcastle in the Premiership and 2 points above the drop zone where Bolton Wanderers sit : this move will not be good for Newcastle but good for us especially with the value for the great Argentine. November Review
Quite a good month for Chelsea, despite starting off with a draw against Hull, we done quite well. We remain top of the league. Mario Gotze has to be my player of the month after getting used to be a central midfielder and getting many goals. New Contract
With the new board coming in recently, players might be worried about stability at the club with managers so I have been given a new contract that will expire in 2018 and will see me earn 30,000 more than the contract I was previously on. I wish they was some way you could spend your money earned on Football Manager. Review of October
October began on a high for Chelsea with my side having won 13 competitive games in a row and we started off defeating 2 of the 3 hardest teams we will play this month, so the draw with Man City was reasonable, the win against Arsenal was delighting for the fans BUT then draws against Basel and Cardiff when we were expected to win was terrible. I slightly rotated and then we were defeated by Brighton in the League Cup what was a winnable competition we actually won last year. In my opinion with our form and small squad we will fall out of the top 4 soon after being first all year round in the Prem : they is no point saying my worst and best results because they are obvious, especially after my comments. If I had to choose Falcao is my player of the month after getting a few goals when only beging to start since joining us from Monaco on transfer deadline day.#291831 Road to the Hall of fame

First defeat in all competitions
We are defeated in the Capital One Cup, what we won last year and even worse it came in the 4th round away against Brighton who sit 12th in the Npower Championship. Last season we had a few weeks where we looked likely to be eliminated from everything and not win a thing and ours is coming very very much earlier and i did not expect it. A full stength side minus 1 or 2 players from the regular starting line up were humiliated today, we went from nearly 15 wins in a row to one of the worst forms we have been in, in the past 2 seasons. David Luiz to join United
Many clubs bidded 20m including Real Madrid, Bayern Munchen and Barcelona but after United made a 27.5 million bid all these were rejected, this lead to David Luiz leaving the club and he will go to his new club on 1st January 2014 : he will not be involved in the Starting XI or on the Bench unless a emergency occurs until then. He is a good defender but we have Vincent Kompany now and John Terry is always in fantastic formers and De Rossi and Tiote are doing well to be my number 1 defensive midfielder. He is the 2nd player to leave me who plays in a center defender position after Sergio Ramos joined PSG for 32.5m in September.#291828 Road to the Hall of fame

2 Unbeaten Septembers in a row!
October has been a great month, getting 100 percent wins and staying in first place. David Da Gea and Petr Cech rotated the goalkeeper shirt this month with Cech playing in 3 and David playing in 2. My right back Cesar earns my Player of the month after getting 4 assists in the League and becoming joint 2nd in the top assists table (highest positioned defender.) Table included is from 1st game in November but anyway we are still on track to regain the title and Im suprised how clubs like Wigan, Sunderland and West Bromwich Albion are performing. This is my 2nd unbeaten September as Chelsea boss but the first where I have won all games.#291827 Road to the Hall of fame

Squad Comparisons
Our team of the year for our fantastic season where we won the league on goal difference looks pants to our new squad. The whole bench are not at Chelsea's first team this season : The only player to be at Chelsea is Under 18s defender Nathan Ake. As well last season it was great to see nearly all my players score apart from Mikel, Hazard and Ake who are on the bench on the fans voted team but with all due respect to Nathan he only came on as a substitute in the 70th minute one day. May to September. the great months
I won 10 constitutive games with Chelsea now. In this run including 4 games from last season) I managed to win the FA Cup, Super Cup and Community Shield and my great results in the run up to the season end helped clinch the league on goal difference. My next 5 games are against Everton, Villa, Newcastle, Atletico Madrid and Manchester City (favorite club) so I think it is unlikely to continue this run to 15 especially only having 1 player who is not in the starting XI and the bench and he is a keeper.#291825 Road to the Hall of fame

Promotion and Relegation
In my database i have The CURRENT premier league clubs (including Hull not Wigan) (same with other leagues) and Crystal Palace, West Ham and Southampton went down and we saw Champions Bolton Wanderers, Runners up Blackpool and playoff winners Wigan were promoted. Wigan won the play offs after Middlesborough, QPR and Blackburn all fell. I beleive some decent clubs have been promoted and some terrible ones have gone down so the league looks more intresting for the current FM Season as I hope to win the title for the 2nd year running. I have no doubt we can be victorious, with the signing of Falcao in the last hour of transfer deadline day.#291824 Road to the Hall of fame

August 2013
Great month, got a few good players. I did not take control of the friendlys but the 4-0 win against Previous Euro Cup Finalists Swansea City was probably my best results, a win was on the card but this was very good, in this game 4 different players scored including debutant Jack Wilshere. We remain unbeaten along with Cardiff, Blackpool and Sunderland and we are top of the league. Stoke seem to have been doing well so far under Mark Hughes. It is going to be hard to pick a player of a month but Lionel Messi has not really started and scored in every game he has so could be a contender#291823 Road to the Hall of fame

Together this has been a good transfer window, I am quite disappointed with The attitude of Sergio Ramos what lead to him joining Paris Saint Germain as he was big in my plans for this season but glad I got most of my first choice transfer targets. My head of youth Tony Carr also got some 15 and 16 year olds that look quite promising so the future if bright for Chelsea.

Promised him a loan in February and first team football this season, he is getting regular games and is unhappy he did not get a loan so playing every week, we are winning alot of stuff and look what happens! Probably going to get 30m for him if I sell him and loose half the money I played for him because I am very annoyed and upset. Champions League and League Cup Draws
I have been drawn into Group G of the champions league this time around and it seems like a easier group than last year and it included Dortmund, who were actually in the group last time : they previously finished 3rd, 1 point behind my team and missed out on qualification on goal difference. Athletic Madrid also are reunited with us after being in the group last season and they finished with 7 points so it was the group of death : They finished 4th with 7th points and PSG actually advanced to the knockout stages with that amount in Last years Group H!In the capital one cup I will face Manchester City

Opening day of the season
The opening day of the season saw my Chelsea side kick off at a earlier time to anyone else against Swansea City : we knew the winner would go top and the loser would go bottom for the next few hours. I had decided for Veteran players John Terry and Frank Lampard to continue as captain and vice captain respectively. The first goal in the 2013/2014 season was scored 20 minutes in by Lionel Messi. Shortly after in the 27th minute Ronaldo put his side 2-0 up. Everything was going wrong for Swansea who then had Ki-Sung-Yeung sent off 6 minutes after Chelsea went 2-0 up. Captain John Terry made it 3-0 in the 45th minute. Surprisingly Swansea began to show some fight after the 2nd half begun. Mario Gotze and Jack Wilshere passed back and fore to each other right in-front of the keeper and beside many defenders but this did not stop n Jack making it 4-0 to his new club with 13 minutes left to play.
