Isn't there a problem with the rules of the Maltese championship? I took a club in the first division and I am limited to 7 foreign players (including European) while I have 11 foreign players in my team. Isn't the rule 7 players from outside the European Union? This would seem more logical as there are a lot of European players in Maltese teams.
