This skin is the first thing i look for in every new version of FM. Baffles me why SI haven't implemented the function themselves. It's absolutely essential for tactics testing.

Seems like I'm talking to myself here, with no developers interested. Annoying to have to download a working league expansion from a competing site as a premium member here.

In case anyone else has problem with the lower english leagues from this expansion after the patch - I've tested the one hosted by fmscout, that works a charm (the 23 level one).

Another problem i noticed after a while in the 16.3 patch is that the FA Cup format seems broken too. Home/Away legs all the way up to and including the final. Have followed the instructions to point, i'm not over the leage limit, and the only editor data is from this expansion

Many leagues don't work with this dataupdate after patch. I had to remove it to be able to use Italy in my new save.
