Why are you asking for help in the cut-out faces megapack forum when you have the Scope Facepack? Can't help you much there 😕

Preferences seem fine but you don't seem to have the right number of images in your megapack folder. The megapack contains 279,000+ cut-outs and the same amount of iconfaces, so the total should be in the region of 559,000 not 524,000. Looks to me like you didn't extract the full megapack.

this is strange i downloaded the torrent file it is 17.3 gb can you check whats wrong ?

You haven't installed the pack correctly then.

Can I have screenshots of your in-game preferences and of your faces folder, in the latter case showing clearly the path it's installed in and the amount of images contained within it.
