You're skin never works for me

It's okay but I remember the earlier version working before, that's why it's so confusing !!

Still not working after deleting cache, shall I extract it using different software or something!!
I've even extracted it using that 7 zip still

I have, I know it's only for fm not fmc, but it doesn't appear, this is the only skin that doesn't work!!!
I use winrar to extract it shall I use something else??

I've extracted it the skins folder, but when I go into fm and look to change the skin it never appears!!

I've extracted the file but it never comes up i'm not sure why i don't seem to have this problems with other ones,
