You don't copy the small sidebar files into the skin, they stay in their own folder. Going by the different icons in the titlebar you've also modified the skin so it could be caused by something you've done there.

I don't know why is the skin like this. Just downloaded the skin and put in the small sidebar panels... Resolution: 1400*900, fullscreen

Did you shut down fm and steam, remove your skins folder to your desktop, delete your cache by pressing the windows key + E and pasting this into the titlebar.

Then reload FM and add the skin to the newly created skins folder.

Is there a way to add Instant Result at all?

You can change the size of the columns. Just hover your mouse in the middle of the two and left click and change the size.

All of those are already in the pack..
