I downloaded the megapack 6.0 and placed it in C:\Users\Leo\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\graphics

Can some one please help me with my problem.
I've downloaded the facepack files and extracted them to the graphics folder but when hit reload every players faces are missing (not even the "black" standard face are there)
What have I done wrong?
