Worked it out, its all updated etc now - great update made up with this.

Only thing for me i want to change is Monacos budgets, they are just secure with low transfer and wage budget but no obviously have massive budgets for both!

Let me select the data files and used the 13.3 patch as you said, but when creating the new game it wont allow me to start a game in 2013, just says options for 2012??? any ideas?
