I hope you're all having great campaigns.

Well, I reinstalled FM24 (I won't migrate to 26, maybe 27) but that's beside the point.

And with the reinstallation, I downloaded all the graphics again, installed them, etc.

And I really liked this skin, and I intend to use it.

 

However, either I'm very stupid or I really haven't found what's bothering me.

 

My graphics:
Facepack: Cut Out
Logopack: Metallic
Kitspack: SS
Extras: Backgrounds / Trophies.

 

So, what's bothering me a lot is that on the players' screen, the kit is generic and with very large numbers.

I searched here in the comments, read the tutorials in the alts folder, but I couldn't get it the way I want.

 

Is it possible to replace the kit (only the front part) with the primary one that appears on the club/national team's general screen? And would it also be possible to reduce the number on the back of the kit?

 

And would it also be possible to reduce the size of the kits a little, not too much?

Preview of upcoming Version 2.5

 

With the latest beta update of Skin Builder, we got a lot of new features and functionalities. Along going with this, there will be some major Changes to my Skin.

 

In future, there will only be one skin! This becomes possible as base colors are a selectable choice now:

 

 

This is possible, as it will be selectable in the config.json mapping:

 

Just select your prefered color and do the usual restore/build/apply cycle. 

 

Also, as seen in the Bayern screenshot above, main menu displayed with teamcolor is now a selectable option!

Pictures (backgrounds, Startmenu, FMmenu) will be provided in “Base Picture Set”, being identical for all base colors. 

Up from version 2.5, additional sets will be provided as “addons” and can be added to the skin:

You just need to deselect the base set and add a team. I will publish a teamset for Bayern München and 1.FC Kaiserlautern. There are no plans from my side to create or publish more teamsets. Feel free to do them on your and publish them to share with others - or get them from others which have done so. I consider creating an additional thread for those addons where maybe some Instructions on how to do so can be better discussed.

 

Also Fonts are now easily replacable and will be part of Version 2.5.

 

Of course, the wonderful new Playerprofile screen made by lotsgon is also included:

All the stuff you might be used to already (Adboards, Prematch lineups, message background pictures) are still part of the base skin as before.

 

Thanks to lotsgon for this wonderful tool and the stunning progress it has made in almost no time!

 

I still need to do some additonal stuff and some tweaks here and there, the usual finetuning, so no release date yet. I hope this to be within the next couple of days…

This should be possible (not perfectly, but majorly) already with Skin Builder…

Not sure about the second one, “EPL Match Balls”, but the other two definitely.

 

The most recent download, which is benithemaker's boot kit, coincidentally this Footyshoe released today, in his Patreon, also a boot pack that includes some of Beni's work.

 

Regarding the kits and so on, I don't have the time to double check each Patreon release.

 

The truth is that this person is profiting from other's creators work. He shouldn't be allowed to post here, on FM Base, or on Patreon.

The Ball pack this person published yesterday is a copy paste of BabyYaga's work, including the same list of balls. It is insane. He's selling access to his Patreon and lying to people, asking for money and sharing other's creators content without their permission or, in the above case, even saying it is his original work when it isn't.

Hi, thanks for that mod. I'm having a problem with it. I installed it a week ago and it worked fine, but now every time I try to launch FM26 the game crashes. I'm not getting an error message either.

What can I do to fix it?

Big problem ! When i play in home stadium (Old Trafford) it is very dark and cant see anything. It also happens to my other save (hamburg stadium). At away matches everything is perfect ! How can i fix it ? I have the v1.1.4.zip from your personal website !

Hi, I havent purchased fm26 yet due to the negative reviews at launch with bugs. One of the main reasons also was the lack of ability to use skins in fm26. 

 

Is there a way discovered yet to be able to see club stadium and city pictures on a clubs home page like on the Flut skin in fm24?

 

I think I read around launch that FM dev's would release the ability to mod after release?

I have noticed the white seat issue too, with a test on Arsenal and Everton.  I am sure bassyboy will issue a fix in due course.

Hi, your Stadium Pack is simply amazing and makes the immersion even stronger. Thank you for your tireless work.

However, I also found a “bug” — or rather something funny. Why are there dinosaurs in the Olympiastadion Berlin? 😄
