I downloaded the pack, then I expanded it into my documents - sports interactive, and the logos work perfectly, except for the premier leauge and all of the german leauges. does anyone know why this has happened?

when i download the file it has a .rar extension on it, but i am not able to expand it, and when i try to open it, it opens with VLC player. i have watched the linked youtube video, but that hasnt helped.
any help would be greatly appreciated
