Alongside with most of the Ajax backroom staff, Bergkamp is not in the default database any more for licensing reasons.

I have added him (and all the other missing staff) in the real name fix file, which is why he's appearing in your game. However, as his UID is variable and can change in your save game depending on the editor data files you're running, it's not possible to have him in the megapack for FM18.

Do you perhaps have a list of the staff who acutally are in FM18?
