I don't think this is anything at all related to these files and could possibly be a game bug. Try reporting it on the official forums...

Edit: Having seen the official forums, it seems it's a known issue with the latest version of the beta/demo...

wow i had a problem but im not sure if it has something to do with this fix. when I bid for any player the value that I insert is not valid. for example if I make a bid of 15M for a player the other club declines it it because it recognises it as a 3M bid. and the same happens when someone tries to by any of my players for eg PSG and Borussia tried to buy zabaleta for 2M even though I asked for 20M..I dont know what to do but the only change that I made to the game was by instaling this fix. Do you think it has something to do with it?
