Can somebody explain to me please how to get these logos to work on a MAC..

i have been trying for 9 hours and still they wont load up...

I have read the forums but still cant find how to do it !!

Im playing FM2014 and it says i need to go into sound and display preferences ...thats difficult as 2014 does
not have a sound and display tab...

Im stumped..

please help
