Hello, first time posting in over a decade I think. Thanks in advance if someone can help me: I've downloaded and installed the players and staff packs.

No problem with the first one, players work like a charm.

Can't make the staff facepack work. I have the -Ultrarealistic NewGAN Staff faces by RnR &FM.Z- 512px.zip file, but the software seems to be designed only to work with the player's pack (it asks for 'players/male/…' directories.) I even ended putting player's faces (of the first pack) on staff characters in game, but I can not make it work like I think it should. 

Maybe I'm asking something dumb, maybe something impossible… I'm clueless and too old to keep on trying things above my knowledge and skill.
