Hi, I just subscribed to Premium and my laptop isn't allowing me to download anything so I would like to cancel. I have cancelled the subscription via Paypal but is there a way to get a refund as none of the services have been used and I only signed up about an hour ago.

I recently bought a new laptop and wanted to re-download the images. When I originally downloaded them on my old laptop I had no problems at all. I tried to get them from the website but the download kept crashing when it reached 1gb. I then copied the original file from my old laptop to new, extracted it, and did all the correct preferences etc and it still doesn't work.

I also have 2 sports interactive folders as well for some reason if that makes any difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can any please point me in the right direction for uploading the logos? There is no option on preferences for display and sound which is frustration after parting with £10 for the download.
