#574642 Various Packs Including Kits/Badges Not Working

Some of the Badges/Kits do work but a lot of the main leagues like La Liga and The Premier League dont seem to work no matter what i try. I must be doing the right procedure because some of the kits and badges are appearing.
Is this something im doing wrong with the new FM or is it across the board?
