Does it work on 15.13? I cannot load the skin and have pasted it on both skin folders

Great skin bud. The only problem is during game the instruction has no difference. Whether i select it or not, it shows only the red colour. I think u can fix that. Thanks in advance. Greatest skin. Keep it up
