Im having a problem getting my faces to load in game. i have downloaded the file it takes ages to extract as well as download. this is the 3rd time I'm trying to download and extract my file. when i have loaded the game up it took around 15 minutes to get past the loading screen i though that maybe it was going to finally work. I did all the things asked to in the how to download page for it still not to work... i really don't no what I'm doing wrong?
