Are the instructions below still relevant to FM17? Because I can't find Display & Sound or the use skin cache box........

Once you've done this, load up Football Manager and go to "Preferences" and then "Display & Sound". Make sure that you tick the check box on the page called "Always Reload Skin on Confirm" and un-tick then box saying "Use Skin Cache". Hit Confirm.

That's fine as far as those two folders are concerned. The other folder then needs to go in the documents/SI/FM15/editor data folder.

Sorry but what other folder?

Sorry if i'm being useless!!

Buying an original version of the game solves the issue, I find.

You need to extract the folders using winrar, have a look at the video to see what I mean.

How do i do this on a mac? I have followed the instructions - deleted the 2 folders and copied the downloaded fixes and put them into the folder 1500.

So i have the folder Dbc and the 2 fix downloads in the folder, along with 2 folders that are irrelevant to the fix (1500_FM) (1500_Fmc)

Didn't work for me at all. Started a new game and Schalke still called Gel...... whatever and still the Euro Cup etc.

Both downloaded files are in the folder 1500

and FM15 Real Names Fix Files from sortitoutsi.net BETA version.rar is in the Editor data folder.

Any ideas?
