Seriously!? You won the league and cup double first season? And just 10 points off maximum first year? again....

How were you able to buy from Brisbane Roar? My game said transfers between teams in your division wasn't allowed.

Yeah I'd be happy not to return as well, was a hard stint in fairness and the transfer rules really weren't great.

Originally bought in a couple replacements with Shane Carr joining on a free, not great but felt I needed another centre back Australian as well. Then grabbed Hrustic on loan. In January I went and got Souza on loan and that messed up my wage allocation seeing me having to let a load of players go due to wage caps and I had to call up a load of youth players and we had to cope with them for the rest of the season.

We never really hit any decent, constant league form and always seemed to slip to long losing runs lasting two or three games and this would deter us for bidding to finish the regular season as top spot. However we did beat our fierce rivals Melbourne Victory all three times, bagging 15 points for those.

Despite all three victories over our fierce rivals Melbourne Victory this year, it'd be them who finish top of the pile as they ran riot and won it by fifteen points. We took second place by a point over Brisbane Roar and it'd be them who we face in the Semi Finals. Elsewhere Adelaide United, Western Sydney Wanderes and Perth Glory all make it to the Series Grand Final. 15 points for finishing second place.

Whilst we didn't win the Regular Season, we would go on to be crowned the Champions of the Series Grand Final. We comfortably won our way to the trophy over the two games, beating Brisbane Roar four two in the Semi Final and then dispatching Adelaide United, who beat Melbourne Victory in the Semi Finals. We beat Adelaide three one at home in the Final and that gave us another 20 points.

I really thought we'd go on and be champions of the FFA Cup this year following our strong run through the earlier stages. We beat Brisbane Roar four two in the Quartyer Finals, that was the first team we really faced who should of coursed us any problems however we claimed a four two win. Rewarded with a Semi Final clash against non league side Green Gully who we beat two nil. Adelaide United awaited us in the Final and we narrowly lost two one to them. 20 points for runners up.

Well jee, nicely done @Viktor Bragi Brynjarsson ! I know what you mean about the Aussie League, this has not encouraged me to ever play there again and I'm still playing friendlies and cup games! Not started the season yet!

@Ross Gibson looks like you had a busy transfer window! Changed up some designated players and foreign players?

Struggling to keep motivated here. Transfers are always a big enjoyment but not in this one, plus 3 months of friendlies zzz

I'm afraid so! I completely forgot Leverkusen was a 2 season save, thought it was 3 for some reason. However the third stop is now all written but there is 22 days to complete it so hopefully people will cope, if anyone is struggling we may be able to adjust the timescale hwoever I do think there are a lot less league games this stop per season.
