yes, Philippines is very dynamic:
Since the game starts in 2023, I created the file to start with 7 teams and then 8 extra teams join to make it 15. What happens after that in the game, you can see it as fictional. Therefore I did not reduce it back to 10 teams.
For FM25 which will start in 2024/2025, I could change Philippines to use a 10 team league - depending if I have time to do all that.
